I think this is a Scarlet Tiger #moth. Actually, it’s two. #moths #lepidoptera #gardens

Moth in grass. Its wings are shimmering black/dark blue with white/orange markings on the outer edges, and red and black in the centre.

Same moth as the previous picture, but from another angle, revealing a second moth is underneath it.
